Great firm with great perks and support!
The good thingsThe company is great! Super supportive team and directors. They have great benefits such as flexible hours, WFH, ongoing morning teas, functions and weekly training sessions. They have great opportunity for progression but also allow you work at your own pace. The managers are always available to assist with any questions. They are slowly improving their technology software's to streamline the tax returns and admin tasks. They also have an admin team that are super helpful. Overall I would recommend working at this office and would happily return if the opportunity arises.

The challengesI feel like they do a pretty good job in that they provide a nice work environment and great additional benefits like social get togethers, fitness sessions and the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight.
