Power and Water Corporation offers several positive aspects, including a supportive team environment in specific departments where colleagues look out for each other. The organisation provides good career development opportunities with access to training and promotion possibilities, along with job security and reliable salary payments.

    Toxic culture, would not recommend
The good thingsThe pay was decent and there are a few good people.
The challengesUnderstaffed with unrealistic workloads, at the same time management pushing for things to be uplifted with no staff. Avoidance culture, majority of staff avoid helping anyone because everyone is overloaded… not sustainable and is irresponsible as a company as vital work is missed. Managers with their heads in the sand. Extremely toxic culture, worst I’ve ever come across in a workplace, would not recommend.

    Avoid this place. Toxic culture
The good thingsThe trades seem to look out for each other. Everyone else is on their own. No one has your back.
The challengesMany people can use half a work day chatting and having coffee. Others work their butts off just trying to keep up. The lack of equality in workload distribution is obvious. All of administration will be contractors within a year or two.
