    The challengesThe platform itself is unstable and broke consistently. Under resourced teams meant service issues. Questionable management. Lack of accountability from managers. Lack of career progression. Plummeting share price is also concerning

    I greatly valued my colleagues, as there was a strong sense of teamwork and mutual support. However, team leaders and HR often demonstrated an “us versus them” approach, appearing more inclined to see staff leave rather than address the core concerns raised about leadership.

    The challengesThe management team demonstrates a consistent lack of accountability for their actions, coupled with insufficient training and support for a team responsible for assisting advisers. Efforts to raise concerns with HR are often met with punitive measures, such as being placed on a performance improvement plan.

    The good thingsI really like the hybrid work set up that the company is adapting. The people that surrounds me gives me a lot of opportunity to grow in my career as a Test Analyst and develop a lot more skills relating to software testing. They always have the time to cater to my questions as a newbie. I appreciate the regular catch up session I have with my lead to know my progress within the team.
    The challengesWhat I can see as a challenge is the physical presence of each team member. Since the company has not imposed any specific days to be in the office, in most cases, we haven't really met some of the new faces in the Technology team because most of the time, people are working from home. I think collaboration is much faster when every team member is in the office.

    Great place to start work in, and continue working in!
    The good thingsVery friendly people there to help you and point you in the right direction, as well the flexible arrangements. It's also a very good environment that provides many learning and development opportunies.
    The challengesThe platform is a complex one and may be daunting to newcomers, but with time, it becomes easier to navigate and pinpoint certain things.

    Ideal place to work for someone passionate about up-skilling in a casual environment
    The good thingsFrom day one to now, learning hasn't stopped! From investment products to data analytics and some new technical skills, I love it and they're placing a lot of time and resources into providing learning opportunities for all.

    Worst career experience. Management is absolutely clueless that the company is going downhill claiming that they are the best and the greatest. They never admit their mistakes, do not want to improve or do not have brains to improve. They do not value the

    The challenges- Terrible management with zero sense of direction, knowledge or education - People get positions based on their connections and not their knowledge / experience - Toxic environment, arrogance, total incompetence - No procedures - No perks or any kind of benefits except base salary - No career progression - Staff turnover

    The challengesManagement really struggle to know how to treat employees, cut throat. They don't listen to feedback and can make life very difficult. Software is complex that even many managers struggle to explain it clearly
