Watch out for Snakes in the grass!

The good thingsGreat mix of Guests great regulars...my co-workers (housekeepers, front desk, reservations) were awesome! I felt supported, not boring as there’s always new challenges! FYI...Free meal & parking!

The challenges To many managers trying to manage each other & didn’t stick to their own areas. Trying to “overwrite” & “changes for the better”! Which is the saddest part as it was the beginning of end of their biggest mistake! Loss of ALL it’s potential growth along with it’s top workers!

The good thingsThe perks that I got being in the role. Invitations to wine dinners, VIP experiences and invitations to sit in boxes at football etc

The challengesEmploying Casual staff as Canberra is unique and you rely on university students so you don't have staff for long periods if time
