    PAC, under the current Headmaster, is a dynamic school to work at and it feels the staff are engaged in the progress of the school.
    The good thingsA large staff who are passionate about teaching boys. High levels of expertise across faculties. Good working relationships between teaching and admin staff and an engaged management team. Staff facilities are being invested in, secondary staff facilities are now fantastic. Regular consultation with staff on key decisions and also regular professional development offered.

    I thoroughly enjoy working in the Prince Alfred College community and highly recommend it as a place to work as a teacher.
    The good thingsGreat team of professional colleagues, staff development is taken seriously by management and on the whole students are hardworking. The college is a real community and there are a huge range of opportunities to see students perform to a very high standard in sporting, musical, film and other endeavours.
    The challengesCompared to other schools the challenges are not difficult to manage for teachers who are professionals.
