    Great lifestyle.
The good thingsThe people you work with, and supervisors are always helpful and supportive. The work environment itself is good to be in. A good place and role to get yourself into the aviation industry.
The challengesEmployed as a contractor. No job security, which at the time wasn't that big of a deal, however when COVID hit, it had a huge impact on the aviation industry, and difficult decisions had to be made. It's a contractors worst nightmare in these situations, though the company did what they could to try and employ workers elsewhere.

    Unpleasant Experience
The good thingsRegional flying with great passengers and your frequent flyers you can build rapport with. The opportunity at times to solo crew the aircraft with full responsibility.
The challengesCulture of challenging behaviour without action being taken by management. The biggest pitfall is management and the lack of empathy for staff and understanding of the hard work flight attendants put in day in day out. QantasLink is definitely the cousin to Qantas.

The good thingsStaff travel, ability to manipulate your roster/bid for days off
