    Great lifestyle.
The good thingsThe people you work with, and supervisors are always helpful and supportive. The work environment itself is good to be in. A good place and role to get yourself into the aviation industry.
The challengesEmployed as a contractor. No job security, which at the time wasn't that big of a deal, however when COVID hit, it had a huge impact on the aviation industry, and difficult decisions had to be made. It's a contractors worst nightmare in these situations, though the company did what they could to try and employ workers elsewhere.
