It's based on an OLD American concept idea of business, if you'd like to be exploited as a worker this is one of the place for you.
The good thingsIf you like to work in a good looking place this is the one of the best place in Perth.
The challengesConstantly fighting with unreasonable and unrealistic budget expectations, mostly understaffed by policy directions.
Communication between departments is unfortunately not based on respect. There is not " private time" the company expect you to be at reach 24/7 even during your time off.
