The challenges- The office workers are unpleasant and unprofessional. - They allocate shifts very poorly. - The company has a bad reputation in the industry as I was told numerous times to leave and find a better company by former staff & staff at the facilities I attended during my shifts. - Poor treatment of staff during pandemic.
