    The team of nurses are great to work with, but their mental health services are a financial sinking ship.
    The good thingsThe team of mental health nurses are amazing to work with. The nursing staff truly care about patients and their health outcomes. Being a small hospital, you need perform multiple roles. Therefore, you can develop a large repertoire of experiences which is beneficial for professional development.
    The challengesBeing a private hospital, they are always penny pinching. This is a small hospital with minimal advancement options. Unrealistic expectations overstretch clinical staff which then pushes the limits of safe patient care. Management/executive seem to have an apathetic approach to developing their mental health services, which is likely going to cause that service stream to wither.
