    Work as a low level with low responsibilities position as possible. DO NOT TAKE A MANAGER ROLE!
    The good thingsIf you get a non disgruntled staff you can have a good work environment
    The challengesManagement!! The company is more concerned with how the middle and upper management look rather than the store level which are left to swim or sink…. More often sink and burn out!

    Lots of sitting, not much driving!
    The good thingsGetting the job. Excited, they picked me!
    The challengesNot being able to do the job, because management were so disorganised, I would start my shift at 11am, I would sit for an hour before anything was ready to be delivered. I would then drive locally, plus in the afternoon was asked to go out and do drops at nursing homes, but because items weren't ready I would be leaving late, which would impact on my finishing time. Lots of sitting around, and doing work which I was not employed to do!!

    The challengesZero opportunity for education or career development, upper management and head office couldn’t find their own rear ends with both hands and consistently make decisions which negatively affect store workflow and sales. Individual workload is very high with even higher expectations with Award wages and company treatment of employees is very poor.
