    A great learning experience.
The good thingsLearning about the chicken industry from people who are dedicated and passionate about it and are willing to teach you what they know. The comararderee and friendliness of the workers.
The challengesThe solitude of being in a shed full of chickens all day with very little contact with the outside world can be a bit daunting. Having angry roosters be agrssive when your in there area. Learning the art of packing and grading eggs to a production worthy speed.

My experience was interesting and physically tough but good as well
The good thingsWorking with the baby chickens they are cute, sometimes working in a shed picking up eggs on your own is also good, get bit of time to self while working.
The challengesHaving to do the egg rounds about three times in certain amount of time was tough for me, always finished little later then the rest.
