From humble beginnings of selling poultry products door to door, to having a network of 38 stores, employing more than 500 people and a state of the art processing plant that still remains on the original location today along with breeder farms in various locations.Red Lea Chickens products are sold to Wholesalers,Supermarkets, Butchers, Restaurants, Hotels and Clubs. Red Lea Chickens also has Franchised Retail Outlets that sell direct to the public. These specialty Chicken Outlets have been described as a “Food Lovers Delight” selling both fresh & cooked chicken products. Currently all 38 stores are predominately based in NSW, located in major shopping centres. With more than 500,000 chickens through the processing plant per week enabling Red Lea Chickens to deliver fresh product to customer stores daily - giving the consumers “The Better Tasting Chicken”. With Red Lea Chickens franchised stores being the ideal model selling a full range of fresh and cooked poultry products, including a large selection of meals which services the consumer all day for their poultry needs, thus setting us apart from our competitors. Red Lea Chickens is expanding its business to international markets mainly in Europe, The Middle East and Asia.     Whilst working there I enjoyed the company of the customers and some workers. With different management came different judgements and that lead to loss of shifts and all round negativity
