    Great company if you want to gain experience quickly but you'lll have to be a self learner/developer
    The good thingsEven junior consultant get client exposure and opportunities to present to middle-senior management, which is a great way to learn and be recognised. Also, possibility for performers to be fast tracked and progress their career rapidly.
    The challengesConsultants belong to a global pool of resources, which means that where you live is unlikely to be where you'll work (understand you'll be working interstate). Consultants can be sent overseas on a very short notice (I.e. less than 24 hours) and on long assignments (6 months+) with no guarantee than the next assignment will be close to home. You'll need to sustain long working hours and be able to cope with considerable amount of pressure and stress as timeframes are short and milestones delivery is linked to invoicing and payment. Training and coaching on the job is often insufficient and mentoring is largely dependant on your direct manager capability, experience, availability, and interest in developing the team.
