Easy job, bad management. Different location might be better. The good thingsDiscounts were great, job was very easy to do.
The challengesNo hours to be shared. Was hired with a promise of 20 hours a week, only to be told there wasn't enough hours to give because they had over hired. I was given 7 shifts for the entirety of 1 month, all of which were 3-5 hours long. Averaged 15 hours a fortnight.
Favouritism was very obvious, especially because the managers were besties. Very cliquey. If you weren't someone they wanted to talk to, they'd whisper around you and laugh in your face.
