The challengesI completed my three-month probation with positive feedback and was even given additional responsibilities, only to be let go two weeks later for being “not the right fit.” This happened shortly after I requested a pay review upon discovering that a receptionist was being paid more than me, despite my higher responsibilities as a scheduler. The environment was toxic, communication was poor, and staff turnover was extremely high. While some colleagues were lovely, overall it was one of the most unsupported workplaces I’ve experienced.

Overworked and underpaid, no long-term team building mindset and a toxic environment.
The good thingsReally not much.
There’s no dedicated staff parking, so you're always competing to get a spot near the office.
The office / warehouse are not a particularly pleasant working environment.
There are limited options nearby for lunch.
The commute is full of heavy traffic & multiple school zones.
The challengesA low morale environment, where staff joke about quitting & openly speak poorly of clients & team members.
Absent management is not taken seriously.
Staff cliques make new starters feel like outsiders.
Chaotic communication = unclear expectations of KPIs, causing frustration & misunderstandings.
