We're going backwards in the way we're going about our work, which the company doesn't seem to care about. It feels like we're trying to run a half a billion euro company like a mum and dad hydraulics shop in a small country town in the middle of Australia.
The good thingsInternatioal compnay with a lot of good products
The challengesThe company has reduced the number of tools available to me to do my job. Less knowledge is available for assistance when I don't know the information. The company doesn't listen when issues are raised and ignores the problems.
