World-class portfolio; helpful, collaborative & team-spirited workmates; fantastic family business.
The good thingsThe portfolio is absolutely world-class; the people - across all departments - are incredibly helpful, collaborative and team-spirited; and the systems, tools & resources that we have available to us, are second-to-none. The support and guidance from my immediate management is exceptional, and I am trusted with the autonomy to manage my Territory of customers, the way I see fit, as though it is my own business. I thoroughly enjoy working here, and push myself to succeed, really hard, as a result.
The challengesInterdepartmental communication is sometimes lacking (as is often the case in large companies); and, because of my own 'self-pressure' and drive to over-achieve, work/life balance can be difficult to manage at times. It would be nice to be paid more, too, lol.
