    Right now, I wouldn’t recommend working a Schnitz.

    The challengesWork entitlements not paid & no breaks, poor management, cut corners, unrealistic expectations with no incentive, poor training of new staff, no growth, work equipment constantly broken

    This was the most painstakingly stressful job I have ever worked, the cook being me most of the time, was always on their own with absolutely zero help. There was no encouragement do strive and thrive in the place you were quite literally on your own.
    The good thingsThe pay was decent, the food was good if it was cooked properly.
    The challengesThe bosses are all very rude and always put the blame for their mess up on the innocent workers, and they never looked out for us.

    It’s great to work in an environment full of compassion-driven colleagues whom you can call family which portrays a non-stressful workplace.

    People i worked with the were great, management was not

    Alright to earn some cash
    The good thingsCredited while doing good job. Everyone is very friendly.. Good company to earn $$$ especially for students.
    The challengesChallenges are its so hard taking days off in general even when youre sick. Never get on management bad side as they will cut your shift. Very bad management. Hard labour, not allowed to stand do nothing. Always have to move. Say cheese to camera every second :)
