A very easy and good paying job.
The good thingsFun workplace with teenagers and young adults. Easy to work there, very chill. Easy training. The flexibility of deciding what you want to do. There is the choice between being a cook, being an assembler (packing orders while handling uber/doordash/menulog and setting things on plates), being a wrapper (making wraps and burgers) and being both the POS person and waitress. All of these are important and team work is required, and all of these include cleaning of course.
The challengesOverwhelming to memorise recipes and the menu, but a need and soon helps significantly. Sometimes, there could be drama between co-workers because of the youthful workplace.

    Bustling environment with great coworkers
The good thingsIt's a great place to work - the energy of the team and store is good. It pays pretty well and hours are usually consistent. It can get very busy but most people are equipped to handle it
The challengesCommunication can be an issue - whether it's not being updated on how certain procedures are changed/added or occasionally being micromanaged

The good thingsUse to be a good work place, everything has changed for the worse.
The challengesNegative environment. Hiring the wrong manager, not competent. Toxic workplace that’s not acknowledged Will not listen to feedback
