    I do not recommend
    The good things- staff discount - absolutely loved my team
    The challenges- no communication, feedback or support from the upper management - poor morale - no training - toxic and passive aggressive emails from the upper management - poor pay for management (lower than average in WA) - the expectations are unrealistic and the compensation is not proportional

    Hated every minute of it. Upper management send passive aggressive emails daily, staff are used and the and policies in place are never adhered to.
