My experience was poor, I was under appreciated, worked at a level that was beyond my experience with no training and the company threatens and does not care about their staff.

The good thingsThe staff members that worked underneath the Lawyers were all very hard working and lovely people.

The challengesThe company does not offer work/life balance and they provide no training to new staff or ongoing training to current staff.

For someone who wants to progress their career it is good in that if you take the lead you are afforded the opportunity to run with it, so you do get to learn alot and need to learn it quickly. However, there is complete lack of support despite being reas

The challengesThe long hours, the lack of staff and support and ridiculous amount of forms to complete for every job/task. Seem to spend more time filling out forms than doing work.
