The challengesAfter higher management changed it was unbearable to work in this company. hiring new people in higher job descriptions instead of people using the with the knowledge and experience. Oh and wouldn't forget the disrespect that staff members got its disgusting. More importantly management incharge has no interest in cso obligations.
