    For learning it was great. For self esteem it was terrible.

    The challengesManagement changed regularly. I often wasn’t listened to. House of Cards type of work place. Definitely issues with workplace culture and alcohol. Senior Managers & HR prepared to accept very poor behaviour from staff over protecting those impacted by the poor behaviour.

    The challengesCareer progression limited, slow to taking up new legislation requirements, HR department can be difficult to work with and not supportive of a diverse workplace. Not strong leadership within the SMT . To get your job done requires early starts and late finishes

    The good thingsA great place to pick up skills if willing to make the effort, can work autonomously or with a very small safety net. and fly under the radar of systemic negativity.
