    For learning it was great. For self esteem it was terrible.

    The challengesManagement changed regularly. I often wasn’t listened to. House of Cards type of work place. Definitely issues with workplace culture and alcohol. Senior Managers & HR prepared to accept very poor behaviour from staff over protecting those impacted by the poor behaviour.
