    The challengesManagement constantly change the SOPs. Communication between teams is a joke. Toxic environment. Huge turnover. Constantly.

    Would rather be working somewhere else and that’s why there is a huge turnover of employees unfortunately.
    The good thingsReceiving a payslip every fought night, and going home to a wife , children after an early morning shift .
    The challengesRude Pilots that never say good morning, hello .
