    An awesome place to work!
    The good thingsIt’s a fun place to work. They have a great team and a supportive culture. There are rewards programs, milestone celebrations and plenty of recognition along the way. They really look after their staff and are always thinking ahead with new ideas which keeps things interesting and allows for personal growth.

    The challengesPay is bad, you'll never get a raise. Constantly dealing with poorly serviced equipment as they wont spend money on repairs. Many people regularly leave due to stress and unpleasant treatment from management. Everyone afraid to say anything negative about conditions for fear of repercussions

There a great culture that continues to evolve with a changing industry. With the great work sites and relationships with customers it makes it easy to be proud of working with Landscape Solutions
    The challengesThere are many - ranging from quick turnarounds, adapting to changes in seasonal weather, helping develop inexperienced staff, evolving with new technologies and strategies within the industry. Its all challenging but makes the work rewarding.
