    The good thingsSome great sites and some dedicated staff good people at the heart
    The challengesPay is bad, you'll never get a raise. Constantly dealing with poorly serviced equipment as they wont spend money on repairs. Many people regularly leave due to stress and unpleasant treatment from management. Everyone afraid to say anything negative about conditions for fear of repercussions
