Do not work at SCA in Sydney, the grass is much greener
The good thingsgreat perks for music lovers
The challengesToxic work culture, leaders don't allow for creative thinking, some of the most smug and obnoxious people I've ever worked with.

Mental heath will disappear. Management great at selling the job - not great at knowing the job they are selling. No employee support or progression.Onboarding is non-existent nor is any formal training for the role. Workplace culture is celebrated but certainly not appropriate. Many unhappy employees, evidence of exclusion and degrading behaviour. No pathways for career progression or processes to help employees achieve goals/move further in their career. HR are aware of local office issues and employee surveys also show these results and no direct action taken. Individual teams do not work together with poor communication, lack of procedure and management do not correct this. It is visually and verbally evident many people are unhappy with no opportunity or anywhere to go. Management teams recommend “just quiting” if the employee is unhappy which is a very privileged comment from management when there is such a vast salary difference.

Great for a year and a half when the team was full and we had direction, then nothing but downhill from there with heavy redundancies and a 'do as we say' culture with managers all over the shop and only looking after themselves and their objectives (and backs)... They had people listening out to what the staff were saying and reporting back to managers... 'that' type of culture
The good thingsLike everywhere you go, a good ground of work friend until they all get let go and you're left with a skeleton team and dealing with offshore developers.
The challengesManagers at the top, drip feed below. Lots of Games being played, lots of people being let go, no real direction, there are a lot of manager offsite meetings setting 'strategy' yet it's never understood as it's weak One step forrward two steps back Confusing work environment and no great culture
