Southport Sharks has become one of the largest and most successful clubs on the Gold Coast and in Queensland.The club has an exciting and interesting local history dating back to when it was founded in 1961. A very enjoyable place to work with great people.

The good thingsThe variety of work is very nice. Cross-department shifts give you a taste of different hospitality areas, from cafe and gaming room work to premium mixology and high-end events.

The challengesWhile you can be rostered across different areas and departments, making a permanent shift can be difficult.

The challengesthe poor management, toxic work environment, lots of lazy staff, communication errors. always short of staff, one staff tend to do multiple jobs but get the average pay.
