Company has it's benefits, however recent changes have made things worse and untenable long term.The good thingsThe team you work with for the most part is great, making it a good environment. Staff benefits are good, however could be a little better.
The challengesEver since the company moved in a Part Time route, it made things dramatically worse. Rather than people earning shifts and basing it on performance like they say, there's Part Timers who don't perform as good as causals. Yet casuals who show up on time and perform lose out. Area Manager is unhelpful and uninterested in working or helping out team, rather just look out for their own friends.
