Strong to start with however the culture has changed
The good thingsSuperpartners allows a flexible work life balance.
The challengesThe culture has decreased significantly in the 3 years I have worked for the company. Service standards have dropped and staff are not held accountable for their actions. Management do not encourage career development which is disappointing. There is also a lot of unrest and uncertainty around job security with the Link take over.
