The managers will find any excuse to micro manage you and they take everything personally. God forbid you disagree with someone because they'll treat you differently and use every opportunity to diminish you if you don't sit, roll over and beg when asked.
Their overall procedures make no sense and they treat a majority of their employees as a warm body that holds no value. There's no perks, no benefits, no support and the fastest employee turnover rate I've ever seen.
