With campuses across more than half of WA including Geraldton, Northam, Kalgoorlie, Carnarvon, Exmouth, Merredin and Moora, we deliver over 300 courses to 10,000 students each year. With nationally recognised qualifications and accredited training programs ranging from Certificate I to Advanced Diploma level, as well as non accredited training courses, like short courses and skill development solutions across a wide range of industry areas, there really is something for everyone.To deliver quality courses we have a dedicated team of passionate individuals, all wanting to help make a difference. We strive to attract and retain committed, engaged and highly skilled people whose values align with ours.     The challengesManagment does not care what happens. Staff who are underperforming or consistantly late, or who just don't show up are never reprimanded. 10% of the work force does 90% of the job. If you do your job well, you are simply rewarded with more work.
