    The company with micromanagement and amateur engineering management.
    The good thingsI cannot think of any good thing, to be honest.
    The challengesPoor engineering management. I was shocked that the team lead and manager in TCS have no technical background to understand the project. And when the customer is asking for progress, they would panic and start pushing engineers who are doing their best. Endless adhoc meeting and micromanagement.

    The challengesMany. No clarity on VISA extensions till the last minute. No super. Senior managers favours only a few and management does not care to ask majority of the team members what they are doing/delivering in a project.

    Worst company ever, will never recomend to work herePositive One can keep on working in this company without any fear of laying off given that they keep on improving on their skills. Negative Once can become mentally sick if you work for more than 10 years in this organization. No matter how you perform, the yearly performance grade is decided by the management who never interacted with you and are not aware of what you do. If you raise a concern they will say that they will take care of it next year and will keep on doing that. The senior management is incompetent and don;t care about profits or losses, this can be seen in their yearly results in last few years which has been going down.

    The challengesThe HR process is complex and inefficient. You're expected to check emails daily without being given a laptop. Managers call at all hours, career growth depends on politics, and even leave needs approval from five unrelated managers. Overall, it's frustrating and overly managed.

    uplifting. i saved more in magadi and bought my plot of land and went to school thank you tata chemicals.
    The good thingsthe work environment is the best. It is situated in the interior parts of maasai land far from the city. no noise and saving money here is more possible than anywhere else.
    The challengesyou are far away from from civilisation. you cant do any other business in magadi. the only business in magagdi is serving the company.

    The challenges- Hopeless management. - No pay hikes. - You get responses to emails only if HR & Management requires something from you. - Since you work at the client end, you will be pressurised until you burn out. - Yearly reviews are only for name sake. - You are a mere number for them.
