Graduate Engineer program a waste of time, come for the money and leave when you get something else
The good thingsPay is good for a graduate role and there is hybrid work.
The challengesNo structured training program for graduates, you will be left fumbling around in the dark with no support or mentorship. They will blame the graduates instead for not knowing everything, lots of staff blaming here. Got scolded for 'not taking good enough photos' in an ENGINEERING POSITION, when I asked the manager for advice he was reluctant to help and just kept blaming me when I was just trying to learn. If you are a grad don't waste your time here!

The good things1:1 work to day off ratio, good salary package, good benefits, a professional organisation.
The challengesCompany is shrinking due to government legislation and poor negotiations by maritime unions and as such the chances of long term employment is nil.
