It was a good learning experience, but would never work at the NT branch again.
The good thingsWork colleagues Some benefits on pricing and plans
The challengesDealing with poor management Very low pay 50-55k for a technician with no room to grow Management cannot supply quotes and proposals in a timely manner (8+ months for some) High staff turn over. NT branch has very poor management and very poor worker satisfaction.

    Never again.
The good thingsThere’s not much I can put in this box. The pay? Get paid great to upgrade someone’s mobile.
The challengesManagement are unprofessional and should be stood down. Training isn’t great. After weeks of it, still had trouble with all the enquiries. Other departments are bossy and have a go at you if you don’t just do what they ask.

There is little perks to work here, your wage will be average so unless you have an offering that is going to be popular so you can count on your commission there is little other incentive to come to work as you won't have a smooth and modern working envi
The good thingsA lot of variety of the type of products you can offer and the types of clients in different industries you will speak to

The worst place I have ever worked by far. Don’t do it, I am not the only one. Their staff turnover is extremely high.
The good thingsThere are none. This company employs over 30 people and has no hr department. The culture there is sick and if you don’t fit their mould you will have a tough time surviving.
The challengesThe managers and director will never take your side. There is little understanding and support.
