An okay company to work but not a lot of innovation or variety.
The good thingsA few friendly staff in the team.
The challengesNot much opportunity to grow or develop. Not a lot of innovation within the company either. Kept within strict tasks in the role.

Sometimes awesome depending on the supervisor.
The good thingsMostly awesome people and great events.
The challengesAs F&B you could end up with Richard as a supervisor which most people don't enjoy: Lots of unnecessary stress, no clear communication and lots of unhappiness. I am able to carry four plates but those plates are heavy-as and carrying three is hard work. The kitchen is not very fast so carrying two plates would do the job too.
