    The experience I have gained working here has strengthened and expanded mu skill set.
    The good thingsMost of my colleagues are very good to work with. I have learnt valuable lessons working here. We manage to support each other at challenging times.
    The challengesManagement style is ad hoc, no sense of proper planning. Being over stretched & covering for other peoples jobs when under staffed is challenging, receiving no support from management at these times.
