Team is great. Management and Head Office is not.
The good thingsGreat team energy, fun environment.
The challengesManagement often show favouritism, "Open Doors" policy is not secure as reports were often shared to directly to management, often shifting values and spotty shifts, GSA is especially undervalued and under rewarded.

    Timezone is an enjoyable workplace.
The good thingsMy coworkers are good people, they help us new party hosts improve by giving feedback and support. We also get to have fun, meet new people and play games. So definitely it’s a place that helps grow confidence and management skills.
The challengesSince I’m new, I’m still getting used to managing people and the events happening.
