Ok company to work for but would not recommend.
The good thingsOverall was a good place to work. There was no harassment or discrimination shown towards me.
The challengesI struggled to get my supervisor to train me in all aspects of my job. After a short time with the company they opened an overseas call centre and as I was the last one hired, I was made redundant. This could have been handled better. I agreed to do extra work to help when my supervisor was overseas training at the new call centre - not knowing that as soon as she came back I would be let go.
