    A great team and a company I would return to
    The good thingsA positive, fluid working environment. Encouraging management, helpful team members and always an openness to advancement.
    The challengesA quick pace typical to kitchens and bakeries. Maintaining a good energy/workflow and sustaining attention to details are skills to be practiced and enjoyed here.

    The Bread isnt the only thing of an excellent standard, the company is too.
    The good thingsThree Mills is a great company to work for they really encourage individualism and appreciate everyone for who they are. Only a few companies i have worked for genuinely care about their employees, their lives and their health and Three Mills is one of them. The Three Mills team is more like a family than colleagues. I couldn't recommend them enough.
    The challengesEvery day brings fresh challenges and the atmosphere can be very fast paced. Everyone is constantly on the move, but its a fun environment and there is a real team effort if any mistakes are made.
