Overall, a great place to develop your industry skills as the teams are small. Team members are overall kind but if you value work life balance, this isn’t the best place and unless going into a management position, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to stay and grow with the company long term.
The good things- monthly team lunches - high level of autonomy - overall kind team mates
The challenges- High turnover rate - No working from home or flexi hours - No annual salary review or performance appraisal - HR is almost non existent and unprofessional - No room for career progression as the teams are so small - Higher management are out of touch with what your job actually entails

It was an OK job, the pay wasn't the best though & I most definitely wouldn't work there again.
The good thingsThe people were great, HQ however were not. 50% off was great though!
The challengesBusy, understaffing, cost-cutting, HQ being so stingy

The good thingsAmazing work culture, friendly and supportive team environment, flexible and stable.
The challengesIncentives could be better, growth within the company can be limited because of size and low-turn over.

A fantastic company to work for where I always felt appreciated and encouraged!
The good thingsThe national and state management team are so genuinely kind. I never felt stressed being a part of the management team at TB, something I wasn’t used to from my previous job. I loved my time in my position and absolutely learnt the skills I aspired to learn.
The challengesI felt there wasn’t any opportunity to progress within the company and many great suggestions to better the everyday operations of the company weren’t taken on board.

    Don't waste your time here
The good thingsI've met some of the most incredible colleagues and friends from working here. Great customer clientele- fast paced environment everyday is a different day. This company has so much potential for a great working culture
The challengesPoor management higher up. Working culture has changed over the years with new management. Sadly most staff need to have a second job as management tends to over hire resulting in an average of 3-10 hours of work per week. Turn over is incredibly high and care factor for staff is almost non existent- all they care about is the bottom line

    Don't bother
The good thingsMet a lot of friendly casual staff members.
The challengesHead office opened a new store in a state they hadn't. Not enough training was provided and lack of support was not given. Management is horrible and staff hours cut 2 hours before your actual start time is disgusting as we all worked casual rates we rely on the money.

Supportive company that has done a great job and staying small and down to earth.
The good thingsGreat support and management team. Great work life balance.
The challengesLimited career progression as there wasn't much expansion and not much staff turnover.

Tony Bianco: a friendly, on trend and professional company who care about their employees
The good thingsThe team of girls i worked with at Tony Bianco were amazing, so kind and friendly and I turned out to make some really really great friends out of the experience. The company is very professional and make your roles and duties very clear and easy to complete - when there was ever a problem management or head office were very quick to deal with it and genuinely cared about their employees well-being. The vibe is great and being around such a great product and selling something you can get excited about is even better!
The challengesThere are a number of different stores which it is likely you will change between, why this can be challenging in terms of adapting to new environments it will also allow you to meet a lot more friendly tony bianco faces and change up the working week with different scenery.
