Overall, a great place to develop your industry skills as the teams are small. Team members are overall kind but if you value work life balance, this isn’t the best place and unless going into a management position, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to stay and grow with the company long term.
The good things- monthly team lunches - high level of autonomy - overall kind team mates
The challenges- High turnover rate - No working from home or flexi hours - No annual salary review or performance appraisal - HR is almost non existent and unprofessional - No room for career progression as the teams are so small - Higher management are out of touch with what your job actually entails
