    AI summary of recent reviews

Toorak College is widely praised for its positive culture, supportive management, and excellent facilities, including lovely grounds and a view of the sea. The students are described as great, lovely, and sensational, contributing to a positive work environment. However, reviewers acknowledge that workloads can be demanding, with teachers' schedules spread thin, making collaboration and streamlining of quality work a challenge. Additionally, there is a recognition that expectations can sometimes be unrealistic, although this is a common challenge in the education sector.

    Great school!
The good thingsNot a teacher, but from a spectator point of view, I love how happy the students and teachers seem to be. Teachers appear to support the students very well. Supportive and very friendly environment, who wouldn't love to work in a place where you are greeted with a smile from all your colleagues every single day. There is encouragement for professional development across all levels of the school, everyone is treated with equal respect. Oh and not to mention the view of the sea! The facilities, the cafe etc. etc.........
The challengesOf course there are times when we are stretched thin, but I see that as part of working in a school, never predictable! Not a bad thing......
