    If you want to work where you’re demanded to work 12-14 hour days for no extra pay. Than this is place.
    The good thingsThe other employees in the drawing office are great team. Unfortunately treated like dirt by management. Who have no appreciation for what they do.
    The challengesManagement treat the factory as the customer, rather than actual customer. Creating a hostile environment for people not on the shop floor and a poor end product.
