    Found was only offered pub n club work was average pay rates, management wouldn't listen to advice from guards on the ground to improvements to safety while onsite, more interested in keeping clients happy without considering the legalities of safety
    The good thingsIt's a job and they always pay wages on time

    The good thingsWe can all work in an environment were management can be difficult and not listen to what is going on work side and personally. However the management at Trev's does take the time to understand and work with you. They do promote great team effectiveness and a real family enviroment.
    The challengesThe challengers are the lack of up skilling and advancement opportunities. The company does have a RTO that can committe to training but all at your own expense. Even after you have completed training to further your carrier or gain experiance in a supervision role or managment role it will be difficult to secure a position or to even practically train for a postion.
