My experience working here has been fulfilling, and like a breath of fresh air in a less formal, more community focused space than a large corporation, which allows me to grow and enjoy my role.
The good thingsThe culture at Tucker Fresh IGA is awesome. I have been able to build autonomy in my role, receive and provide feedback, and connect with others. We are focused on our goals, but we sprinkle our work with a bit of humour, trust in each other, and open communication.
The challengesThe challenges I have faced are related to high volume of work resulting naturally from a large team, of around 600 team members across the 12 stores. I am working at the Support Office and some days can be hectic, and we are quite a small team.
