    The good thingsResidents. Some people you work with, before new management/manager took over it was good.
    The challengesThe management does not care for the employees, needed supply is not provided. Firing people left and right, no support from manager or HR as only cares about profit. Discriminatory behavior.

    The good thingsIn my time in this company I felt I was treated with respect and given all the privileges available. Very experienced staff which helped with work load.
