Great - lovely colleagues who have become friends and solid leaders who seem to genuinely care
The good thingsThe team is (mainly) energetic, invested and friendly. There is a real sense of care from the leadership group. They aren't perfect but when issues are raised there is always a response (sometimes quicker than others). The work is varied and it is never boring. There are good processes in place but there is a culture where change and improvements are welcome and happening all the time.
The challengesThere is a small amount of staff who prefer to complain about something instead of being part of a solution (I guess that happens everywhere?). We are always busy so extra staff would be nice too.
